ajc.78
There is an introduction to sprinting day at Curbourough sprint course on 5/6/11. I went to a similar day a couple of years ago and enjoyed it so much I have been to a number of full days there since. Curborough is a great track and is one of the premier MSA approved sprint tracks in the UK. These days are ideal for anyone wanting a taste of the track day experience without the usual risks I thoroughly recommend it. You get the chance to do 2 laps of the circuit with an instructor who teaches you the best lines and the staff of the car club who own the track are very helpful and informative and they all compete competitively. When I went a couple of years ago it was free so a great opportunity. I presume more details will be added http://www.curborough.co.uk/sdcccal.htm al

Craig855S
do you do it in your own car or a car they provide?
ajc.78
You get several laps as a passenger in their car and then you drive the track in your car with them as a passenger to instruct you on the lines. It is really meant as an introduction to competitive sprinting but it gives you some good pointers for car control on track. al
