The two front doors and bonnet have been 400/600 wet n dry to get rid of some orange peel before a couple more coats of colour and some laquer.

Couple bits rubbed through so a quick mask up and some etch primer and were ready to go :thumb:

Everything all wrapped up ready for a pleasant day to spray some more. 2 front doors and a bonnet are ready. The rear bumper just needs minimal attention to some small filler sections. Mirrors are also ready. Roll on sunshine.

You are bound to have a few more 'spray friendly days' mate, just gotta make sure the temp doesnt dip before

the paint has fully dried. That happened with my H4H logo I did and in the morning there were long streaks of blue down the bonnet.

Good work mate.Keep it going.

Regards Andy

How much is the weather going to effect whether you can paint or not because its sept now and there isn't going to be that many warm sunny days.

Tomsy, this is British weather we are talking about so there will be plenty of time........................................................

You need to pull your finger out and start building it back up.

Gotta finish painting the body yet! Waiting on a helping hand but he's gotta get some free time to help get it running again! Bloody cars!

It is a shame you live so feckin far away mate because rubbing down is a good way of nullifying my anxiety issues.

A weird calm comes over me.If you were a bit closer,I would willingly give you a hand bud.

Regards Andy

Lol cheers for the thought. Rubbing down isnt the issue though, its a running problem....as in it wont! Ill just do what I can do in the meantime.

Hopefully Tomsy it wont be a wet autumn/winter and we still have plenty of dry days. Failing that ill take doors to work 1 at a time and finish them there!
