McRic
As per title really, I want to put my DVDs onto hard drive but how? Remember I'm a dummy at these things so it needs to be easy to use!
PeeWee
I always used to use thishttp://www.dvdshrink.org/ I also use this for making iso files (full images of a dvd)http://www.digital-digest.com/software/dow...sid=0&did=1 Be careful and read before clicking on the download as theres more than one download icon on those pages Edited November 11, 2011 by PeeWee
eetaylog
I always used to use thishttp://www.dvdshrink.org/ That doesnt actually rip the contents to HDD though. Youll need DVDdecrypter for that. I think that the trial of DVDFab HD also lets you decrypt dvd's without having to upgrade to the HD package. Im sure it let you create an image (which will play via xbmc)Either way I sent him other options via PM as it appeared he actually wanted compressed avi such as xvid files. wwwd
Is there an easy way to rip a DVD into AVI/MPEG format? Everything I've tried either doesn't work or takes about 10 hours to rip a DVD!
