the best brake servo to use

hi just wondering if anyone can tell me which brake servo would be best to use on my mk 6 gti the brakes i will be using are front mk 1 v6 mondeo calipers and at the back mk 5 escort 130bhp rear calipers will the standard gti servo do the job?

A servo is only a foot brake assist, it doesn't give you any extra disc clamping force, it just means you don't have to press so hard. For desired stopping power the question you should be asking is "Will my standard master cylinder be up to the job."

I replaced my failed master cylinder with a pattern part which failed instantly on mondeo fronts and rs2k rears, and so did its replacement. Bad luck probably but the gen ford one which was more expensive did the job, it was an escort mk6 1.6/1.8 part rather than 130 spec one.
