SRlew
Well seen the wiring to my coil packs was knackerd, sorted that but still have a problem under load like it's a spark issue, an more so when it's hot, So thinking next is to try coil packs but want to convert it to single coil. What's involved? What's parts do I use? Lew

Stu
Why on earth would you want to convert to a single coil?
SRlew
Heard it being done a fair bit on them,I need to try new coil packs any way as I got a sparking issue, and rather than buy 2 packs at something like 50 pound a go, I'd rather get the single zetec coil pack which is half the price and is mounted out side the spark plug cover rather than sat on the hot engine waiting for the same thing to happen
Scort_CVH
Hi bud you need a loom section and a zetec coil pack and ht leads, there's a guy called Icarus on RS2000-16v.com who makes the looms if I remember right, someone on there does anyway lol

You're talking about a single coil-pack (two coils). That's a completely different thing! A single coil requires a distributor and points! I don't think there was any grey area in your request!
