scottybo Posted July 9, 2014 Author Share Posted July 9, 2014 Alright mateDid you use the water pump i sent you or is that broke too? 1.6 pump packed up changed to 1.8 1.8 pump packed up changed to the pump you sent me leaked still......but much much less than the other 2 removed pump again, fitted some genuine ford gaskets with sealant refitted pump......still leaked but once again much less than before poured a thing of coolant sealant/rad weld type stuff into the coolant and finally after about 10 minutes it stopped leaking, then flushed and changed the coolant because i didnt fancy that stuff floating around in there (although it did give the coolant a cool metallic fleck effect lol) literally took me an entire day. i cleaned up all the surfaces on the block/pump, did everything 100% by the book, i hope i never have to look at another water pump in my life!!!
