I can only say it how it is. allow all acer software to install automatically........... laptop becomes expensive paperweight force acer to only install the essentials and none of the additions.......... laptop and windows 7 behaves perfectly fine that suggests that somewhere along the way a piece of the Acer software is causing an issue, seems pretty black and white even to someone with my limited tech knowledge?
