You missed a green dot for hulkenberg in the sauber. :thumb:

Am very much liking the new e21, think its just the colour scheme that makes it so good looking compared to some of the others, don't like the front end much tho (that slanted drop down thing above the nose) same as all the cars had last year I know apart from mclaren changed theirs mid season...

So looking forward to this season, hoping Hamilton will do well at mercedes but will be good to see him scrapping with Button, also could Perez win his 1st race in his new mclaren? Don't see why not :)

I'm hoping to go to silverstone & spa this year :D

Mclaren had the same nose for the whole 2012 season, their 2010 and 2011 nose was almost low enough to meet the 2012 regulation so they just lowered it a tad over that to make the 2012 car, and that style of front end remains for this year, although in the MP4-28 they've changed the sidepods from those awfu L shaped things back to a more traditional looking style, so, the MP4-28

Mclaren got rid of the L shape sidepods for the 2012 season.

I think most of the cars will be similar to last years with minor revisions, don't think will be as much development as previous seasons as the teams will be concentrating on the 2014 cars.

Pirelli have played with the tyre compounds again so should be some unpredictable results like last year :thumb:, at least till the teams work out how to get the best out of them.

Be good to see how perez gets on, he was very good in some races but after the hearing he was going to Mclaren it seemed to affect him, lewis could struggle but i think he went for a possibly good 2014 car.

If anyone has the chance to watch the unveiling of the new mclaren mp28 on sky sports f1 it's well worth watching, thoroughly enjoyed their 50 years of mclaren tribute, It's repeated daily I think. :thumb: Edited by Yule

It would appear the RB has a "vanity panel" smoothing the step in the nose out, which is allowed under the rules

Interesting to see the different noses, flat, stepped and stepped with a vanity panel. The vanity panels stop air falling off the sides of the nose and disrupting the airflow to the sidepods from the front wing. Not sure what difference a race viewer will see if any, would like to see the wind tunnel tests though to see what the difference is.

Bless him, he did a jenson! Lmao... Poor form from vettel today, well done to webber & rossberg. Thought grosjean had a very good race, he's seems to have matured a bit since last year. Perez should start improving now he's bagged his 1st lot of points for mclaren.

Team orders my ass.

I'm impressed he ignored them & went for the win.

Racing is racing, all this team order stuff takes the very name of racing out of the sport.

I feel sorry for Webber. From what I understand he was told Vettel wasn't going to attack, and was running with a turned down engine. Hardly racing if he was told not to expect the attack.

Mercedes team orders. Poor show. And that comes from a die hard Hamilton fan.

I'm not a fan of team orders, but Vettel should be punished. He's an employee. He has to take orders from his boss. Like we all (employed) do!
