blueovalrallyesport
As title really can it be done Probably can but at a cost Will it require cutting up both bonnets and grafting the bulges in Or could they be pressed into a mk6 one???
bongo
been done a good few times, need to cut bulges out and weld into bonnet.
Twisted Crankshaft
another option ive seen done is to cut the front qtr off a mk6 and weld in place on the mark 5 leaving the buldges untouched and in the right places etc looks mint when done properly! blueovalrallyesport
£30 delivered? Ok I have been looking at some pics and seems if you don't get it right they look pants lol So now I'm thinking the best way to do it would be to buy a whole mk5 2k bonnet and cut it off just before you get to the head lights and the same with the mk6 and just weld the mk6 but to the mk5 bonnet

I'd weld buldges on the mk6 bonnet. Measure&mark where they are on the mk5 and check back and weld it on. Sleeman - if there are no takers for the bonnet bulge panels, I'll take them.
