Ill third that. Bought a couple of large items of Darren myself, came fast, came cheap, had no issues and no complaints, I only wish all evo members were that straight laced and genuine. Id give him the benefit of the doubt and just assume the case is theirs a issue somewhere that needs to be addressed and not that your being intentionally ignored or dismissed, the fella seemed to genuinely care about his business and customers so if there's a problem Id be more prone to assume he's probably already trying to resolve it.
