Escorts are rapidly decreasing like sid said so its gonna be hard to rally up a big no of escort enthusiasts when there's not a lot of scorts left, nevermind ones peeps want to waste money on! Again like sid said, there are far better, newer and cheaper cars for less dosh. I like this site a lot but as an escort specific site I don't see it growing. That's why the likes of passionford is so big coz it caters to ALL fords, not 1 brand that's rapidly dying out. tomsy Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 I think sidrick made a good point about opening the site up to a more broader range of escort owners after all there are 6 mks of escorts out there being built for over 30 years, so there's a lot of escort owners who might be looking for somewhere different to discuss their cars. Ive looked at other sites but like this one because its dedicated to escorts and i find it easy to use which for a computer numpty like me is a god send. I think opening the site up to different mk escorts,could be a good idea as long as they become a full member or we could end up with alot of different threads opening up! Now that escorts are not mainstream, it provides the club a problem. But making the club more open to mk1-4 owners isn't really going to make the club busy again, I'm not even sure how you would go about enticing these prospective members to join a predominantly mk5-6 biased site. Thats what im trying to put across to the members Most members are not full members, which I feel if people could become full members and help the site out,just maybe people will go to more meets etc. Yes I do agree that escorts are a dyeing bread but everyone which asks for advice and help needs to help the club.we all have some kind off passion for these cars in some way, so lets get this site abit more interesting together and for anyone which joins.
