Fronts are fully adjustable using the normal lock nut on a thread method, rears are set by moving a "cir-clip" up and down the shock. Theres about 6-7 grooves that the clip can be placed into. On my car they were great mate. First I had them lowered 50mm, last going off they were 35mm. Very nice ride. If you buy them, let me know and Ill dig out the lock nut spanner for you.
