Swapped the wheels for some mb italia 16s, free flowing back box fitted, pipercross viper induction kit added, gutted the cat and swapped the injectors for some 200bar versions... which are reported to give an instant 30bhp gain. I know most people wont like it but im pretty happy with it, going from escorts and fords with cheap parts to this where they are a bit more expensive takes getting used to. Next up is a remap and rolling road tune im told I should expect 150-155bhp with current mods and the remap so shall see how it goes.. C&C welcome.. danj8608 Posted May 9, 2014 Author Share Posted May 9, 2014 Small update Been running round with the fmic for a few weeks now so I thought id up the boost to 1.5 bar and see how it went, safe to say it is a bit faster a bigger exhaust system and a remap needed next. Few cosmetics have been done as money is absent just now so painted my fog covers black as they had faded, and also painted the interior cream plastics and roof lining black. The rear wiper motor had seized so removed that and the rear badge was badly faded so that was also removed.
