Van rear wheel studs

Hi mates.Just contemplating getting some 20mm spacers with 63mm extended studs.

Is it just a case of undoing the wheel bearing nut,removing the brake drum and persuading the old ones out with a hammer and tapping the new ones in?If not,what else is involved please?

Also thinking about some old Cortina Mk 5 or Capri Mk2 or Mk3 rostyle type steelies to fill the arches if you know of any laying around your neck of the woods mate,
