Been wanting to buy a second car for a while now, so i can take the escort off the road and take it to the next level in trying to get it looking as good as i can. Needed a 4 door as the car is to be used by my step daughter and her partner as well as me, also had to be a good size as they have 2 young kids, cheap to keep on the road and reliable. After a few weeks looking on autotrader a mitsubishi charisma kept popping up went to have a look first impressions very good 57,000 miles full mitsubishi service history stamps and invoices 8 months MOT tax till end of the month took it for a drive not the most exciting experience but couldn't fault it so for £1650 i got this

Thanks bongo, was wondering how you manage with insurance running 2 cars, got the escort on a sorn at the moment but when i put it back on the road would i be right in thinking i can't use my ncd on 2 cars. If thats the case i done a comparison web site quote with 0 ncd come back with £212.

To us it's not a classic but that's what the policy is called,3000 miles and under, mines in a classic with Adrian flux...I phoned one company and they're criteria for a classic was a car older than 10 years.

i guess that makes me a classic car enthusiast then as ive never owned a car under ten years old lol
