I don't think the CDL has a single relay within the fuse box.

The CDL control unit, which model dependant, also contains the electronics for the Ford Car Alarm is located behind the drivers side kick panel.

It's quite high up and is more or less adjacent to the fuse box.

Once the kick panel is removed, the plugs of the control unit can one just about be seen and the unit itself is kind of hidden.

If the CDL has failed after installing a keyless entry system, you've probably configure the system to the wrong polarity.

However, I'll be surprised if this would actually damage the CDL unit to render it inoperative; in such circumstances, it'll

be the keyless entry system which burns out.

Although stating the obvious, best double check for blown fuses.

If the Ford CDL module has blown, best just replace entire unit.

Were i can locate CDL module fuse is it inside of module or some were outside?
Becouse my fuse box don't have any alarm fuses or central locking .
And i mean by not working that it wont send any signal to central lock. when i open door i can open doors 1 by 1 but not all same time. i can open driver side and co-driver side but back doors need to open from inside. i taken keyless entry off.

All is sounding rather confusing.

I believe the fuse is actually on top of the internal fuse box, adjacent to the relays, I also believe it's the only one there, so can't go wrong.

Don't know if you are aware, but the fuse box can actually be dropped down to gain access to the fuse box relays.

You will need to remove the lower dash bord panel to gain assess, then release chrome spring type clip to tilt the fuse box down & forward.

I always believed the CL fuse was on top of the fusebox adjacent to the relays.

Otherwise, as it's not there, I can only assume it will be one of the fuses to the front of the fuse box.

Its location may be stated onto the rear of the fusebox cover.

I'm certain there is not a relay which can be removed that operates or provides power to the CDL module.

You say It only stopped working after attempting to install a Keyless entry device, the Ford CDL module must have been damaged.

If the car has a Ford Alarm & it more than likely did, then the alarm module is contained within the CDL module, so in my opinion, if the CDL module is damage, it could and more than likely does, also effect the Alarm.

You can not replace one with out the other, the CDL and alarm circuitry is contained within the one unit, located behind the drivers side kick panel.

However, you say that there is no CDL locking fuse in the top of the fuse box, adjacent to the relays ?

If so, it sounds like your car never actually had factory fit Ford central door locking.
