lost DL1R license renewel form

missus just reminded me I have to renew my license aswell as her provisional.

 

completely forgot about it after I got the renewel reminder through a month or so ago and now I cant find the feckin form (probably found its way into the bin)

 

was gonna do it online but sods law I also cant find my passport either so thats up the swannie too.

 

went rooting through their .gov site looking for clues as to what I should do but thats about as helpful as a turd in a ice cream vat.

 

can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I should be doing?

You can get a form from the post office mate

the more I look on the DVLA's.gov site the more my head filles with numbers and hurts.

If you don’t have the reminder form

If you don’t have the D798 reminder and want to apply by post, fill in form D1 ‘Application for a driving licence’, available from the DVLA form ordering service and selected Post Offices.

Your driving licence should arrive within 3 weeks. It might take longer if your medical or personal details need to be checked.

Missus went out and dealt with the gimps at the post office this morning for the forms.

 

note the wording in the above sentence..... more exactly "forms"

 

after she berated me loosing my DL1r form she then had to shyly admit to me this morning that she's lost her paper section of her own license so I have to pay out for that fecker now too.

i renewed mine at the post office.they did picture and digital signature got it withing 2 days

 no there isnt all offices where closed down or at least in process of closing your local one which is also my local one closed a while ago
