bongo
I have this conversion, what size spacers are you using behind the disc? 5mm is recommended but my ball joint rubbed so I took the angle grinder to it,which solved it but I then tried a 6mm spacer which worked, but you may have to take a bit of metal off the pad guides so they don't catch the disc. cyrus883
no spacers behind the disc mate that could be my problem they are only just touching tho as i can turn wheel by hand when bolted on
bongo
You'll Definitely need a spacer so that the disc sits central In the caliper.was the car already fitted with the kit.
dalelc16
Have you tried putting washers behind the disc?
cyrus883
I got the brackets from ebay I spaced the brackets the disc sits perfectly central of the calipers there is a part of the disc thet the pads don't touch I'm thinking of putting on my machine and taking a bit off the inside of disc where the pads don't touch
bongo
You get them from a seller called "caprisport"? If so they're the same as I've got,I'm pretty sure we have the same hubs as yours was a mtx box,(front starter), Yeah though I also have seen people milling a bit from the rear to clear the ball joint.
