horizon Posted December 1, 2014 Share Posted December 1, 2014 Hi, currently have an ashley manifold on my track car and it just clears the starter motor (front starter, mtx75 zetec) but I am fed up of the poor quality of the ashley. Mex Posted December 1, 2014 Share Posted December 1, 2014 I have on but I have an iB5 with the starter at the back so can't comment about clearance, it does cause issues with routing the aircon pipes if you have that. I had to replace the flexi pipe after a couple of years with one I got from Burton but other than that I have found it to be fine. zetecmk2 Posted December 3, 2014 Share Posted December 3, 2014 i had an ashley on my mk2...it was shyte!! needed modding with a hammer to clear the engine mount and the welds were porus. they all need modding to fit....but you get what you pay for......unfortunately!
