Cheap Plasma Dials?

Hey fella's

 

Does anyone know where i can buy a cheap set of plasma dials? but not the ones that have super bright colours on them?

I did try making some myself by buying a cheap £4 photo card set of dials and then buying a backlight sheet but as you can see the finished result doesn't look right,

So i would like something similar, but a kit that's ready made so i don't have to fiddle with it, as I broke the ruddy pointer off my spare clocks,

Any ideas?
