GTsI
Has anyone done a brake upgrade, i need to upgrade my brakes because they look tiny behind my wheels. I was thinking of using escort cossie front calipers, discs and pads. Has anyone tried this

Flat_Steve
Oh good, an excuse to put up pics of my stoppers!! http://upload.turbosport.co.uk/gallery3/200226195948572033.jpg They R Godspeed 325mm drilled and grooved brakes with steel 4-pot calipers. The kit came with and Mintex M1144 pads, braided hoses, loner bolts, and spacers to allow the caliper to clear the alloy. The kit was fitted by Ian Godley himself for £75 extra which was well worth it because they had a few probs fitting them which they were able to sort out easily but would be more time-consuming if you were fitting them yourself. The brake kit cost £650 (£725 inc. fitting) and makes a massive difference to the performance! Well worth the cash IMO.

LEE WRC
I initially done an upgrade to 285 grooved discs with caliper extensions which only cost £175. I now have with me waiting to be fitted some 4-pot 2wd Saph callipers and which will again still be on 285 discs. Thanks Lee
