sortedford Posted June 3, 2002 Share Posted June 3, 2002 Well, thanks to the twats that put the barriers up at corley i had to drive to birmingham to get onto the other side of the service station;( , So that was about another 30miles out of my way, when i got there, quite late i must admit no-one was there. I later learned the met on the otherside, the first side i was on . So anyways i went to pick up my seccond convoy, no probs there, when we got off the m1 is was packed everywhere with modded cars, so much so some people got boared of waiting, and tried cutting across the grass, but at the wrong time, it was just as the:pig: came round the island.lol. And this Sierra made a run for it, so that got rid of the police, cheers mate:thumb: We followed everyone till we got to morissons, it filled up quite quickley.Met JP, Daryl, and Simon.Lots of police presence, even the big yellow van with the cameras turned up. Not much trouble though, aprt from them deciding to take pics of cars, and there stupid cam corder:upyours2: In the end everyone started to disapear, so w3e went to Maccys, where we found loads of the cars surprisingley After that we returned to Morrisons, where it was really thinning out, less than half the cars were left.The police must have been a different shift or something, cos the all, yes still loads of them, seemed really nice, admiring the cars and chatting to us all, even liking the flames comming out of the exhaust of a 1.3 escort!!They then went away to their corner, and returned a few mins later to say to us that they were going and leaving us to ´our own devices´ which was nice of them, though we didnt stay long after that ourselfs.
