O-Z

Recommended Posts

i want to get a new set of wheels to replace the standard 15's on my escort GTI>

how big can i go before modifications need to be made to fit them on. i've been told i can go as big as 17's and they will just bolt straight on. can someone help me?

also, i cant remember who's car it was. but it was the green one with the RS wheels...they look sweet, can the person who's got them tell me where i can get my hands on em?

humm...well im an ass-clown then.

what are good makes of wheels to go for?

because i want some nice ones, but are there good makes that don't charge too much. coz i'd hate to buy a set of

E.G. OZ wheels for £1000 when i could get similar quality wheels from another brand for £800 if u get me?

i dont know any alloys websites. I got my froma local dealer. U can get them in white coz Rich V got them on his. cost me £72 for the springs from larkspeed. Me and matt have both had the springs on our cars and had no probs.

And i dont think they are budet ones.

yea i think i will just get springs, because i dont want to spend alot getting the car lowered. i know chrissy bwoy has spent shite-loads of money on coil-overs etc. but i only wanna spend about £80 to drop mine by about 40mm. just to stop the car looking like a 4x4 with massive gaps.

i take it u have just used springs on your car Evv to fit the 17's on? what does it look like with just a 40mm spring drop....does it look good?
