Posted June 5, 200420 yr Got a nice new alarm with a window closure function on it, but it appears i can't fit it cos there's a common ground across both front windows which just gets switched across? Anyone out there got a window closure alarm fitted and if so any idea how you managed to wire it in to the front windows cos lookin at the circuit diagrams if you do it in the normal fashion it just shorts dead across the motor.... not good!
