I've also found that to divide by ten, moving the decimal point to the left by one digit is effective!

Good luck anyway :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Any maths over GCSE sucks innit!

I did my Maths GCSE early (October), got an A and did 2 modules of the AS maths during summer GCSE's (normal time). Hated it so just sat there!

Needless to say, I dropped it! 8)

Dunno what you're moaning about - I've got Pure 4 tomorrow! and then I have Pure 5 in a couple of weeks' time ;(

I really should get some sleep in fact...

Just relax and do it mate,

have you done the past papers.

I always found that the best way to do maths properly is with proper practice. I do the papers all the time, and in the exam, there might be some questions you know and some u dont, so you can do the questions you know first (quickly) as you have done them before, so you would have ample time to tackle the ones you are in doubt.

Good luck with your exams,

And remember, do the questions you know first so that you dont waste any time trying to tackle unknown ones....save them for the last

Cheers

Alan

good luck mate

had my GCSE maths yesterday

the most boring 2hours of my life im in no doubt!

and in a room thats glass on 3 of 4 sides :vangry: ever felt like your being cooked in a stew?

needless to say i was happy to get out at the end.

i got a C on my gsce maths :D not bad for somebody that has to count using his fingers otherwise i get confused.

i think the best way to get good grades on exams is lots by doin lots of past exam papers, certainly helped me :thumb:
