All the work has been done know on my car and they said it is done, i have the money that i have to pay ready, but the will not relise my car untill he gets the check from essex racing.

 

I have a garantie from essex racing that they will pay and they said they would.

 

Is there any thing i can do legaly to get my fekin car back i am really really pissed off at this moment in time. thinkin of ringing police reporting car stolen see if that would work.

Ring the police and explain what has happened!! DONT report it stolen mate, cos they'll do you for wasting police time (probably).

 

Go down to the bodyshop and demand that the ygive you the car, if it was them who arranged to do this through essex racing, its up to them to chase the money for it!

how can you expect them to realise it without pay?

i can see what there saying tho, a shop wouldnt let you take a item if they were only half paid

nothin you can do mate apart from sort it with essex racing. i went through the same thing a few months ago with an insurance repair, the body shop wouldnt let me take my car till the check was there from the other garage who messed it up in the first place even though the work had been aurthorised
