Markt8
Ok i been having a problem of pulling to the right when i take my foot off the pedal at 40mph+ and a problem of having to have the steering wheel pointed to the passenger side slightly to keep the car straight. I had new lower arms fitted not long ago, and tonight i have just replaced my track rod ends. Now that ive replaced the track rod ends the car is very undriveable,The steering wheel sits so unstraight pointed to the passenger side to keep the car straight and anytime i take my foot off the accelerator the car throws me into the other lane It pulls itself about 2ft right and i have to struggle to straighten it up I dont know what to do with it now. Anyone any ideas? Mark

One i counted 11 taking it off but when i put it back on it wud only do 10? Why would that be, 3 times ive had the tracking done in a month now

Havent looked at the rack, but my cv joint on the drivers side is fooked but i dont think that wud make any difference

marcus
is there any point doing 4 wheel alignment cos the back ones cant be adjusted anyway??? DON'T GO TO KWICK FIT TO GET TRACKING DONE i got mine done there and they messed it up loads of times i.e. they never made the steering wheel straight and they are expensive at £24 a time Marcus

DON'T GO TO KWICK FIT TO GET TRACKING DONE Deffo agree about Krap-Fit, Marcus. They usually employ trained monkeys - I've had 'em do tracking and only adjust one side leaving the steering wheel crooked The reason I said 4-WA was that there may be other probs involved eg past accident or sommat. If there's any probs a proper 4-WA should find it
