Lambo
Ok, i have standard calipers fitted at the moment with no changes, but i do have a set of uprated brembo discs which i can fit, to make them better. I also have a pair of rs2000 calipers which i have started to clean up which i may fit, but to do this i would need to buy new discs and pads. Or do i just sell everything that i have just now and go for 280mm cossie discs calipers etc??? Please help me as i just can't decide what to do. Am i really gonna notice a big difference upgrading my set-up to rs2000 one's, is there anything i need to watch out for, i.e. changing resevoir or anything else??? Rob84
I'd go for the cossie set up craig, thats if u can get hold of a set, cheap enough. if thats no possible, i'd go for the RS2K set up, with say a set of drilled disks, or something similar

Rob84
isnt the ST170 conversion under consideration?
foxdie
To be honest, i found simply using premium pads stops the car good enough, and get rid of the majority of brake fade. If its simply for cosmetic, i would have to say go for what looks good, big drilled X 280mm+. I dont think the power of our escorts (1.8 ) warrant having cossie brakes. The cheapest option is just to fit the drilled discs that i've got and buy some good pads.
