Freeserve are completely useless and so are BT, BT web site says 5 days to move a number but cos mines a new property it was 15 days, now Freeserve are gonna take upto 20 days to re-connect my broadband on my new number :vangry: :vangry: :vangry:

20 DAYS!!!!! 8o 8o 8o 8o 8o

So a) is anyone else on Freeserve broadband but further more.......

b) have you moved house n had to contact them to change ur details??????? ur experiences please. all i have is found is for it to be complete CHAOS!!!!!!!

I'll be back soon (i hope!) :thumb:

20 days is really good :thumb: dont forget with broadband there is more to setup on their end in order to get it working so its classed as a new installation and it is essentially that, as they are enabling a completely new line for broadband :)

snap, and its much quicker, customer service is 1000000000 times better and if u get cut off for not paying the bill, call em (free), say u'll pay whenever and it'll be back on within 2 minutes.

AOL is the best by a mile :thumb:
