which one of these is the better one to get i know they aint going to improve me performance at all but which one sounds the best and easyiest to clean.

id say there pretty much the same mate, ive had a piperx on on rst and a k&n on another both sound aload better than standard, the only thing with the piper x is its all foam, so i dont know if it may rip easier or anything whereas k&n have a metal like gauze in

ok cheers ill probably go with piper x, its such a hard choice lol.

if your going for pcross then don't wash it too much. my mates shrunk a little and went really thin. I've got a K & N on my 1996 mk6/7 (face lift) and thats good but took 6 months before i got any real noise out of it. sounds great now after 2year an i only clean it once a year at the same time as it goes for its service.
