Idle Troubles and Thermo gauge

Recommended Posts

my Idle control valve has kinda calmed down a little

basically if u look at the inlet maifold u may have to remove the air inlet pipe with the one clip (pos screw)

then under the tube for the air to enter the inlet manifold un the RHS of the manifold is a little black bit of placstic and its held with 2 screws

undo it and spray something like brake cleaner or car cleaner in the hole where it sits

then wipe excesss away and put back together and hope it works

i may be able to get pictures soon

000-75 Documents the Idle issue! Its probably casued by Water contamination of multi plugs in the engine bay! unclip everything and spray them with Cold Start or WD-40! Do the Hego(s) as well (lambda sensor on the manifold)

999-065 Documents the High temp guage problem.
