Pelles Posted October 9, 2002 Share Posted October 9, 2002 what does everyone do to there cars for the incoming winter season, i noticed some swap there good alloys for other ones.... but what im worried about is since i just got my alloys and cars back shortly ill be using my new alloys through out the winter.....and just want to know the measures i should take to protect them from the salts etc..... sorted4 Posted October 9, 2002 Share Posted October 9, 2002 I drive mine looks so im going to have a snow plough on it this winter with my splitter lol, as for alloy they should be fine as long as there normal silver, hi powered silver, black/crome effect i think the salt can fcuk them up, bascially if u can use alloy wheel cleaner on your wheels with out it damaging it should be fine, that wax is good bu5t £20 surely something else would do the trick wouldnt it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
