The editor of the local paper told a photographer to go and take pictures of the 100-year-old twin celebrants. One of the twins was almost deaf, but the other could still hear quite well. The photographer asked them to sit on the sofa in the main lounge. "What did he say?", the deaf one yelled to her twin, "He said let us sit on the sofa in the lounge!" "Please sit closer together.", the cameraman requested. "What did he say?", again, the deaf twin hollered, "He said sit closer together." So they siddled closer to each other. "Just hold on for a bit longer, I've got to focus a little," said the photographer. "What did he say?"....once more the deaf one yelled. "He said he's gonna focus!"
