How do you sent up a pay-pal account,so I can pay Ian for the shirts I want.

i made one when i needed to pay 4 somin on ebay... there was an option

go to paypal and press sign up you wont be able to use it though until you get your next statement

really when i opened my account i needed the code off my statement until i could carry on with my application

as said you can send a cheque/ postal order too

I wanted to make my first payment for goods via PayPal; I just clicked the relevant link to the site, registered and paid with my credit card. I now just log in and pay against my card each time. Simple as that unless you really want a 'proper' bank account with them.
