Whats the best way to clean the engine bay up? For the rocker cover i have some stuff in the garage especially for this, but what are some other ways to clean stuff like the plastics at the very front of the engine bay? WOuld that stuff you use on external plastics be fine? Or would Back to black for tyres work better?

Get it steam cleaned, it will look like new .

back to black would be ok but i would clean the trims first with soapy water to get rid of the oil and grease

 

gunk degreaser works well on cleaning the engine too

Autoglym mahinery and engine cleaner - comes with a spray nozzle.

 

That plus a fine paintbrush to work it into the hidden places, works a treat! Brought the head on mine up well shiney!
