As some of you might notice the alloy verniers are not on...........That's cos I have fitted the old cams first so I can get it running, I can't afford to fit the new cams then not get it started first turn as the cams have to be 'run in' at 2500 RPM for 20 mins or they will be shafted........... :thumb: , So I will get it running then fit the new cams and verniers........ :D

Do you know why the cams have to be run @ 2500rpm to break in? X(

Any slower would wear the cam lobes and followers away in no time m8, that's why the engine has to start first click, then straight to 2500 RPM.

think i ran mine for 15mins at 2k revs

There's bound to be a margin of safety though isn't there - like sell by dates lol :P
