Posted May 27, 200519 yr was on the M6 just coming off at junction 5 and a Range Rover followed me down the slip road, went round the roundabout and along the dual carriageway til a Holiday Inn and he pulled me over there. Was a fair play bloke, chatted for a bit n he just gave me a 14 day thingy to get stamped n post back. Haven't even gotta produce at the police station. I gave him no beef, nice polite conversation and no ticket given He did say they were a bit OTT and asked how long i'd had em on, i said from date of cherished plate transfer!!!! he couldn't believe i'd got away with it for that long!!!
May 27, 200519 yr Its definatly always best to be polite to the police. Nice one. Whats your plans then, you gona have legal plates from now on?Or just change it temporeraly to get your thing stamped?
