My dads car.. problem

rite, me dads vauxhall vectra again....

 

if u let it warm up, the header tank starts bubbling like mad and overflowing, asif it needs bleeding.

 

thing is, no water pipes have ever been removed. and it never used to do it. the water is a very reddy color -like red primer paint.

 

i dont no the symptoms of head gasget going, but could this be one of them? there is no maynase anywhere that i can see.. but does seem to be oil or somethin running down the side of the bottom end (not sure if it from the rocker cover or what?)
