I was a big Jonesy fan and his daughter was a personal acquaintance (barmaid at local 'spoons and mate's, brother's fiance)

 

and I thought since his good job at Swindon and not toooooooo bad stint at Chelsea (before Ruud/Vialli did sh1tloads better), he was shite

 

but from the end of last season on, he has been quality and I'd like to thank him and apologise for ever saying:
