Powerflow full system

if ive been quoted this price for a full system should i go ahead and buy it?

I got quoted £140 for standard full system and £180 for powerflow.

 

ive got vibrating/rattling coming from my exhaust system and its really irritating me, ive had a garage take of some heatshields but some new rattling has started.

 

if i get a full new system will this sort out the rattling, im assuming they can take off the heat shields if its gona be a full system.

 

Or should i go back to somewhere else and ask them to sort out all of my heatshields along the whole of my exhaust?
