Rob84 Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Meguiers Gold class polish! it simply doesnt work at all with BMW paintwork spent 3 hours on my car today, washing and waxing and soon as it started to cool down and moisture formed on the car, ALL the swirl marks came out and simply would not shift Going to have to "dust" off the Auto Glym, super resin tomorro to try and shift em
Mike C Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 I swear by it on all cars, but NEED to try this new tech wax, sposed to be so much better

Foxy Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Meguiers Gold class polish! it simply doesnt work at all with BMW paintwork spent 3 hours on my car today, washing and waxing and soon as it started to cool down and moisture formed on the car, ALL the swirl marks came out and simply would not shift Going to have to "dust" off the Auto Glym, super resin tomorro to try and shift em <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's odd, I use on both the Escort and the BMW and it's great on both of them; the BMW of course is lacquered whereas the Escort isn't but it makes no difference at all. The New Tech wax gives a 'richer' shine and slightly darker look than the Gold Class but both do exactly what it says on the bottle. Penny
Al Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 (edited) I'm using Auto Glym super resin..absolutely superb, although you do get alot of dust and static. Here's a pic afterwards! Edited September 10, 2005 by Al
Nick C Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Autoglym works great on mine, never tried Meguairs though...the Extra Gloss Autoglym is awesome Do hate the dust you get from the normal stuff though!
DAVE W Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 I swear by it on all cars, but NEED to try this new tech wax, sposed to be so much better<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Used them both the new tech wax does seem better to use but as you have all seen at shows it really does work for mine
BlairM Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 I've heard good stories about www.rudewax.com It's not chalk based so doesn't leave that dust you get usually.
