8o what a nightmare trying to make this but i didn't want any screw holes showing so thats why it is taking so long not finished yet going to colour code a ford badge to the colour of the car and put it on the front . doing this in between fitting the alarm which is nearly finished sombody wanted a pic of the lcd fob so here it is 2005_0915Image0001.jpg

Did u cut out the standard grill and fix the mesh to that? Looks top quality.

hi mate first you need to make the profile of the old grill get a piece of stainless st24 mesh £22 from esp cut that to the template you have made found it easier to use an angle grinder but leave 6 tab's on the mesh at the top inline with the holes on the plastic grill these will look messy because of the way the mesh is made but your only going to sandwich them later on then you can make some straight alloy fixings to sandwitch the tabs to the 4 of the screws then screw the 2 tabs near the ends in to the plastic grill you need to get some edging for the mesh don't know where from as i got mine off a machine at work lol place it round the mesh and where the tabs are you need to cut a piece just out of the back above each tab so the front still looks ok then get some super strong glue and run it along the back of the grill were the old grill meets the back of the rubber edging to keep it all solid. few will post some pics later to make this all make sense i hope
