2.0 zetec swap

what parts do i need if i dont buy a whole 2.0 mondeo as a donor car?

 

i mean will i need the fuel rail, injectors etc,

 

i know i'll need the throttle body

yes but unless its changed from when i last read it don't mention anything about fuel rails, throttle bodies anything like that

yes you need the fuel rail if our wanting 2.0l fueling in ure engine i would advise the injectors as well but make sure the small rubber seals r on it wen u change it over cause wen i did mine i forgot m and the engine sprayed fuel all over itself make sure all the vaccum hoses are there the moose oon mine had problems with the vacum hoses bein wrong YOU WILL need the water rail water pump swap over the alternator and change the water pump gskts (DUH) i think thats it been a while since i did mine tho

The injectors are the same.. there are so many 2 litre experts on here.. no doubt you'll get some amazing answers shortly...

and in that case if the injectors are the same i may as well just keep my original fuel rail and manifold and keep the EFi cast manifold, so long as a 2000cc throttle body will fit it
