RickH Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 Speaking of which, my rear drums seem to squeek a hell of a lot
Benjy C Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 Spray them with Anti-Squeel. Just make sure it isnt 'Superior Lubrication' hey muzz
Muzz Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 Well dont blame me blame the T*at who put it in with a box of anti-squeel. It's still your fault for not noticing .
father_ged Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 take the drums off, and usin a bit of sandpaper/emery, go over the pads surface, scoring it, and do the same with the friction face in the drum. this usually does the job!
The Ince Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 might try sorting my front brakes out with copper grease on the back of them next week
Mk6 Si Ross Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 rear drums usually fill up with wet/soggy brake dust crap that needs clearing out
