Old skool fitted with new skool

Hi, can anyone tell me whats needed to fit a 2.0 zetec lump in a mk2 escort?

 

I know I need the water rail, exhaust manifold and 8 1/2" steel flywheel from burton or the like. What about engine mounts and the induction/ management side of things. I'm doing this as cheap as possible so please no suggestions of twin 45's or throttle bodies.
