FIESTA MAN
I have had my car in my garage for 2 weeks whil doing some styling to it and i took it out for a spin today and it had steam coming out of the exhaust which i know happens when the head gasket goes but are their any other signs as i am hoping it is not the head gasket as they are expensive. I know you can blow the gasket by overfilling the car with oil. i just filled the car up the other day and it had not been drove since but the oile is no where near the max line!!! cheers steve

Al
Steam out of the exhaust can be a sign of a h/gasket going/gone, but it's more likely to be because of the weather conditions. My Supra steams in this damp weather, and that's fine.Signs of h/gasket leaks are;1. Overheating.2.Water in the oil.3.Oil in the water.4.Loss of water with no visible leaks. Over filling the oil will not 'blow' the h/gasket.Over filling tends to make oil seals leak, due to the excess oil pressure. Run your car about,if you see none of the above problems, then i'd say your gasket is fine. Al.
