Posted May 4, 200618 yr Was driving back from work today enjoyin the great weather for once, after gettin my car back last week friday, on my way to pick the mrs up when the car starts to idle funny like it was miss firing. just about had enough time to pull the car up on the curb on a bus lne, mate came and we checked the car, first off the cam cover gasket had snapped and flooded the the head of the engine in oil, then to my suprise we noticed this what a great way to end the day first time ever has my car been on the back off a truck, good thing is got my old cylinder head, so gonna swap them over.
