ColG46
Talking of fuse boxes......... I've a 05/94 MK5b Ghia that has an incorrect fuse box installed - Part No. 93AG14A073BAA Manf Date 24/11/97. I've also got (cos I naively bought it of fleabay) another fusebox Part No. 91AG14A073BBO Manf Date 26/10/00 Does anyone know the part no for the correct fusebox to fit my car? Although most things work, trying to work out the fuse numbers and get an idea of the fuse ratings for the relevant circuits is proving difficult for this old fart. The Owners manual seems to differ from the Haynes manual. If anyone's got the right fusebox, I'll gladly swap these two. Give me a BMW anytime!!!! Cheers Col
Si
Each fuse box, does differ slightly BUT this only extends to the metal link tabs on the top of the fuse box itself where certain relays should be., Col you need to find a Fuse box with High End written just under the BBA / BAA/ BBD / BBE/ EBE coding. Also make sure it has the right amount of Positive connections on the bottom, some are 2 pin and some are three.
