how can I find out if my tower has a wireless internet card installed? If it hasn't got one whats the cheapest and most reliable way togo aboutit as I don't fancy having one hanging out the usb port all the time.

 

Would be looking for it to support up to 8mb broadband.

i'd say 99% sure it doesnt have one.

 

but got to "start" then "my Network Places"

 

if you done see my network places then go to "My Computer"

 

 

on the left there will be "network places" click

then "view all network connections"

 

if you have wireless it will be there.

 

 

 

easist and most reliable way is to forget wireless and use a network cable.

 

 

but if you only neeed to connect one computer to the broadband then use the free USB modem that comes with the connection.
