Lambo
Yup, well been there for nearly 2 now....... Fitted the new kitchen, decorated all the rooms apart from 1 bedroom and floored teh attic. Also did a load of work in the garden. Looking at something bigger now, found a nice one but don't want to say anything until its been confirmed etc

Lee R
dunno how people afford such mortgages. My 125k mortgage is £660 a month that 2nd house is DAMN nice though!!!! Edited July 19, 2006 by Lee R
mutley
my mortgage is only 80k and i bumped it up 20k for an extension that house looks lovely mate.. cor i could easily sell mine down here and move into that and still have good 50k in my back pocket
McRic
Can't believe how much cheaper property is up your way compared to down here mate. If you move the bungalow down here brick by brick then I'll take it
Lambo
Yeah i know, thats part of the problem up here, is that is that much cheaper a lot of people are selling and moving up and that way they can offer much more than us locals......... Lee the only reason we can do this is that we've made a 40k + profit on our current house and able to put that down as a deposit towards the new one, and our orginal mortgage was only a 09% one which helped as well. Will keep you all up to date as things happen but had my first viewing last night of our current house and i think it well enough and 2 more scheduled so fingers crossed.
